| Lesson opening (5 min) Engagement (Weather Charades) |
"Good morning, class! Let's warm up our brains. We're going to play 'Weather Charades'. I will show a picture on the screen for 10 seconds. You must remember the weather word and the action. Ready? First picture: a sun. The action is 'fan yourself'. So, you say 'It's sunny!' and fan yourself. Let's do it together! (Shows sun image). Now, next picture: clouds and rain. The action is 'open an umbrella'. Go! (Shows rain image). Great! Last one: strong wind. The action is 'sway like a tree'. Go!" | Students observe the image for 10 seconds, then shout out the correct weather phrase ("It's sunny!", "It's rainy!", "It's windy!") and perform the corresponding action. They respond quickly to the teacher's cues. |
