Draw a quick mind map in your notebook.” Teacher circulates, shows example on board: central circles “Buildings” and “Holidays”. Step 2 (2 min): “Now look at the pictures on the screen (slide: house, swimming pool, park, beach, ice cream). I’ll pick 3 words from your maps. Raise your hand if you have…” Teacher selects 3 associations (e.g. pool, beach, home) and asks: “Do you like swimming? Where do you go on holiday?” Accepts single words or short answers. Step 3 (2 min): Teacher writes key words on board: swimming pool, beach, hotel, sun, ice cream, holiday house. AI support (preparation): Use ChatGPT to generate 5 simple personal questions (e.g. “Where do you sleep on holiday?”). Use Canva AI to create visual mind map template. |
