“Good morning, class! Let’s start with a quick mind map. On your mini‑whiteboard or paper, write the word TRANSPORT in the centre. Around it, draw or write any words you think of when you hear ‘transport’ – you have 1 minute. Ready? Go!”

After 1 minute: “Great! Now let’s share. I’ll pick three ideas from your maps.” Choose three different responses (e.g. car, bike, plane). Discuss each: “When do you use it? Is it fast/slow? Have you travelled by it?”
