What if you were the one who needed help – what would you say?” Teacher script: “Look at the slide (two pictures: person offering help, person asking). Think for 30 seconds, then share. I’ll write your ideas on the board.” Possible student answers: “Can I help you?”, “Do you need help?”, “Excuse me, could you help me?”, “I’m lost, can you show me?” Teacher collects 4–5 phrases and posts them on the word wall. |
