Timer: 1 min “Good morning! Let’s start with a quick challenge. On your desk you see three photos: ginger, aloe vera, and chamomile. In pairs (neighbour), name ONE health benefit for each. You have 60 seconds. Go!” Teacher cues: “What does ginger help with? (nausea, cold). Aloe? (burns, skin). Chamomile? (sleep, calm).” After timer: elicit 2–3 answers. “Great! Today we’ll explore how different cultures use nature’s plants to stay healthy. Our value: diligence and professionalism – we will finish every task with quality.” |
