Teacher: "Good morning, everyone! Let's start with a 'What if…?' question. What if you never had to sleep? Think about your daily routine. What would you do when everyone else is asleep? Try to use words like 'always' or 'never'. I'll give you 30 seconds to think, then share with your partner." Teacher actions: Write on board: "always, usually, often, sometimes, never". Ask 2-3 students to share their ideas. Possible responses: "I would always read comics", "I would never be tired". Link to values (Constitution): "Remember, our class rules are like a small Constitution – they help us respect each other. When someone shares, we listen. Everyone has the right to speak, and we respect that. That's part of our class Constitution." |
Students think individually, then share in pairs (pair work). They use frequency adverbs in their answers.
