Teacher: "Good morning, class! Let's start with a quick mental journey. Close your eyes for 30 seconds. Imagine you are a city planner in the year 2050. Your city has a major problem: traffic jams that last for hours. How do you feel? What is the first idea that pops into your head to solve this? Now, open your eyes." Mind Map: "On the board, I'm writing 'The Future of Transport'. In 1 minute, shout out any words, ideas, or images you associate with it. Ready? Go!" (Teacher writes associations on board). "Time's up. Great! Now, let's pick three interesting ones: e.g., 'flying cars', 'no pollution', 'AI drivers'. Why did we choose these? What problems could they solve?" |
Students close their eyes and imagine the scenario. They participate actively in the mind map activity, calling out associations (e.g., hyperloop, drones, electric, smart, fast). They discuss the three selected ideas with the teacher and peers. |
