| Lesson opening (5 min) Engagement (mind map) |
Teacher: “On your desk you have a blank sheet. In 1 minute write down every word or phrase that comes to mind when you hear hobbies and leisure. Ready? Go!” (After 1 min) “Now look at your mind map. Choose 3 words or ideas that are most important for you. In pairs (2 students next to each other) share your top 3 and explain why you chose them. You have 2 minutes.” Teacher moves around, listens, notes interesting ideas. Then picks 2–3 students to share one idea with the whole class. Possible student responses: reading, sport, gaming, music, hiking, creativity, relaxation, family time, volunteering. Transition: “Great. Today we will discuss hobbies not only as fun but also as a right and a value. You will ask complex questions, give opinions, and even imagine your perfect hobby linked to our Constitution.” |
