Instructions: You will listen to an audio recording (to be provided by the teacher) twice. It is an interview with a young film blogger about her favourite types of movies. Answer the questions below.
Audio Script (For Teacher's Use):
Interviewer: "Welcome, Aisha! Tell us, what kind of films do you enjoy the most and why?"
Aisha: "Well, I really love science fiction films. I find the special effects and the ideas about the future fascinating. But I don't enjoy horror movies at all because they give me nightmares. I also watch a lot of documentaries, especially about wildlife, because I learn so much from them. Last weekend, I saw a brilliant historical drama about ancient Kazakhstan."
Interviewer: "And where do you usually watch these films?"
Aisha: "Mostly on streaming services like Netflix. It's very convenient. I rarely go to the cinema, maybe once every two months, because it's more expensive."
Questions:
- What is Aisha's favourite film genre? (1 point)
- Name two types of films she mentions she does not like or rarely watches. (1 point)
- Where does she watch films most often? (1 point)
Criteria for Task 1: Correct answers based on the specific information in the audio.
