Public transport in Kazakhstan
In Kazakhstan, people use different types of public transport. In big cities like Almaty and Nur-Sultan,
you can find buses, trolleybuses, and the metro. The Almaty metro is the first and only metro system in the country.
In smaller towns, buses and taxis are common. There are also long-distance trains that connect cities, like
Almaty to Shymkent. Many people use buses because they are cheap and go to many places.
However, during rush hour, buses can be very crowded.
