Listen to the short talk about a doctor's advice. For questions 1-5, choose the correct answer (A, B or C).
(Note for teacher: The audio script is provided below for administration. Read it aloud twice at a moderate pace.)
Audio Script: "Hello, class. Today, let's talk about staying healthy. First, you must eat fruits and vegetables every day. They have vitamins. Second, you need to drink about eight glasses of water. It's very important for your body. Third, you shouldn't eat too much fast food like burgers and chips. It's not good for your heart. Fourth, you mustn't forget to exercise. You can play football or just walk. And finally, you should sleep eight or nine hours every night. Good sleep helps your brain."
