Doctor: Good morning. What seems to be the problem?
Patient: Good morning, Doctor. I have a sore throat and a headache. I also feel very tired.
Doctor: I see. How long have you felt like this?
Patient: For about two days.
Doctor: Let me check your temperature... It's 38.5°C. You have a fever. You should drink plenty of water, get lots of rest, and take this medicine twice a day – after breakfast and before bed. Avoid cold drinks.
Patient: Thank you, Doctor.
