Transcript (for teacher): "Welcome to 'Global Hands'. For the past five years, we have been operating in the region of Veridia, an area plagued by a protracted civil war. Our primary mission is humanitarian aid delivery. One of our biggest challenges is navigating the checkpoints set up by various factions. Despite the volatile security situation, our volunteers, whom we call 'ground angels', show incredible resilience. They distribute essential supplies, often under dire circumstances. Recently, we've managed to broker a temporary ceasefire, a fragile truce, to allow aid into the most affected villages. The local community's gratitude is our greatest reward."
